Recovery Groups
The Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields supports recovery as an important form of spiritual growth and mutual care that saves lives. We strive to be a community that values sobriety and the values of the 12 steps. Please see our list of meetings below.
A.A. - Sundays at 8:00 p.m.
Meets in the Parish House, on the ground floor in the Houston Room.
A.A.* - Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m.
Meets in the Parish House, on the ground floor in the Houston Room.
A.A.** - Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.
Meets in the Parish House, on the ground floor in the Houston Room.
Adult Children of Alcoholics (A.C.A.) - Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
Meets in the Parish House, on the second floor in the Library.
Al-Anon Sunday-Nighters - Sundays at 6:00 p.m.
Meets in the Parish House, on the ground floor in the Houston Room.
Al-Anon - Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
Meets in the Undercroft, the basement of the Church.
12 Step Fellowship - Every other Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
Meets in the Parish House, on the second floor in the Library.
*The Tuesday night group is the oldest Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) meeting in Philadelphia.
**The Thursday night meeting focuses on the spirituality of recovery and often meets outside during clement weather.
Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields is starting a new Support Group for Parents of children who struggle with addiction, dual diagnosis (addiction+mental illness), or mental illness. This group meets Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m., physically distanced, on the Hilary House lawn.
