St. Martin's Transition Prayer

You have created us in love.
You sustain us through these uncertain times.
You know our hearts and deepest needs
You know our fears and our hopes.
As we consider the spaces that shelter and shape our life together,
We meet at the threshold between who we are and who we will be.
We offer thanks for those whose vision provided this place where we have shared our
gifts of teaching and listening, music and hospitality.
Where we have celebrated and mourned together.
As stewards of this, our church home, we come together to consider what is possible.
We ask that You fill us with your grace and wisdom as we imagine what lies before us.
May we seek to meet the great and growing needs of our world and nurture our life
together.
In this gathering, may we see Your face in one another and offer tenderness and truth.
For in Your love, we find our Belonging.
