In a short, relatable book, Trappist monk William Meninger explores the most complex, challenging facet of spiritual life: forgiving ourselves and others. He offers personal stories, biblical insights, and simple prayer practices as resources for our own journeys toward forgiveness.
In a two-part book study, we’ll reflect together on Father Meninger’s insights as well as our own experiences and struggles with forgiving. We’ll also do some of the book’s prayer/meditation exercises together. Facilitated by Wellspring member Elizabeth Morrison.
There is no fee for the class, but participants are asked to register in advance, and to bring their own copies of the book, which can be found here.
