Join Refugee Resettlement Ministry’s Asylum Seekers Welcome Team!

Asylum seekers from Texas are arriving by the busloads in Philadelphia, a Northeast Sanctuary hub, where they transition to other sites in the Northeast, hoping to join family and friends. Many arrive in warm-weather clothing, unprepared for cold weather.
You can help! Join our St. Martin’s Asylum Seekers Welcome Team, working in cooperation with the New Sanctuary Movement of Philadelphia.
Here’s how:
Bring clothing and supplies to the lobby of St. Martin’s church: See list of needs below.
Help to gather and sort clothing from the lobby, bag it and store it in the undercroft.
Sign up to pick up the clothing and deliver it to the drop-off point at 30th Street Station, or to city welcome centers.
