21 Day Racial Equity Challenge
With the recent focus on racial justice, some of us white parishioners have been doing a 21-Day-Racial-Equity-Challenge. This is a project developed by several people, Black and white, who were thinking about changing habits of thought. To that end, they developed this project which challenges us to do one thing per day for 21 days focused on better understanding the problem of racial strain in this country. The website provides many excellent resources and also encourages us to find additional resources. Although it does not require a great deal of time per day, over the course of 21 days, it has a surprisingly powerful impact. If you are thinking about what you can do to be an agent of positive change, this might be a good place to start.
If you would like to do this as a group, or if you just want to talk about it, please contact Leni Windle at [email protected].
