SEASONAL CELEBRATIONS

Four intergenerational events designed to help every member of St Martin’s - young, old, and in-between - to grow in faith and mark the seasons.

Nov. 3 All Saints Festival

This All Saints’ party is for all the saints at St Martin’s. The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. as we gather for some pump- kin soup and other fall treats, followed by the opportunity to explore the stories and symbols of saints, play some games, and even carve pumpkins!

Dec. 3 The Advent Event
After the education hour, at 11:15 a.m., join us for the opportunity to make Advent wreaths as you and your family prepare for Advent and Christmas.

Jan. 5 Twelfth Night
Celebrate the Advent - Christmas - Epiphany cycles by joining us for an old fashion English Twelfth Night supper, party, and service. One of the highlights will be a presentation of the Christmas story by some of the children. The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Feb. 20 Shrove Tuesday Mardi Gras Celebration
This celebration is a ‘must’ for families and anyone who loves a good time! The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a pancake supper followed by a noisy parade to bury the Alleluia before Lent begins.
